Customers do not have to do anything with policies marked with Refund Automatic. We will issue these refunds as soon as we are able.
Customers must contact us with their name and the email address they used to purchase the tickets, and we will issue the refund as soon as we see your request.
Under these circumstances we do not issue refunds.
If events are cancelled due to natural disasters, including but not limited to: earthquakes, tornadoes, droughts, tsunamis, hurricanes, meteor strikes, volcanic eruption, avalanches, landslides, sinkholes, wildfires, blizzards, dust storms, solar flares and fire storms we will issue full refunds.
If events are cancelled due to man-made disasters, including but not limited to: terrorism, blackouts, power service disruption, nuclear meltdowns, nuclear blasts, chemical weapons, biological weapons/germ warfare, cyber attacks, spontaneous combustion we will issue full refunds.
If the government decides we are an inessential part of the economy, we will issue full refunds.
If events are postponed, tickets bought previously will remain valid for the new postponed date. If customers cannot make it to the new date, they must request a refund which we will issue in full.
If customers wish to be refunded due to a change of line up as they wished to see a specific artist playing who are no longer playing for whatever reason, the customer may be issued a full refund upon request.
Refunds may not be issued for audiences of artists who pull out of events without 72 hours of notice.
If our customers want to be refunded due to a change of venues, this will be at our discretion. Refunds will depend on factors such as distance between old and new venue, accessibility from public transportation.
If a person under the age of 18 purchases a ticket to an 18+ event, we will not issue refunds as we clearly mark every event with the appropriate age.
